Bylaw 3: Strike Votes and Strikes
- Council shall determine the holding of any strike vote of the membership, normally upon the advice of the Negotiating Team.
- Council shall determine the commencement of any authorized strike or collective job action by members, or the end thereto, by a majority vote, normally upon the advice of the Negotiating Team.
