Council will determine the membership of a team to represent CUASA in arbitration should this be the only way to resolve bargaining issues. We have been advised that orally that the employer bargaining team will be: David VanDine, Dean Stuart Adam, University Librarian Martin Foss and Dean David Gardner. The team wishes to thank members for taking the time to send in their Negotiations Questionnaires. The issues predominantly identified by members are job security including retirement, and salary.
