Your Mutual Life Pay Direct Drug Card will continue to work and will, sometime during the next two years, be replaced with a Clarica card. Forms with Mutual Life on them may be submitted but replacement forms will be sent. If you call Mutual you can expect that the person answering the phone will identify the company reached as Clarica. Otherwise, everything remains the same. New Staff Member in the CUASA Office CUASA has hired Ms. Deborah Jackson as the Office Manager. Deborah comes to CUASA with considerable experience most recently as a tax preparer and will be responsible for CUASA's financial records and all other aspects of the orderly running of the office. Pat Finn will continue to be responsible for providing advice to the membership, interpretation of the collective agreement, mid-career options, grievances and negotiations as well as liaison with CAUT and OCUFA.
