Anti-Racism Teach-In Workshops

Dear Colleagues,

First, I am wishing you a good start to your fall term. In keeping with the CUASA Council motion on anti-racism which emphasizes education as one of its commitments, the CUASA Anti-Racism Working Group invites you to participate in the teach-ins put on by the Scholar’s Strike initiative today Wed. Sept. 9 and Thurs. Sept. 10. Please consider attending and/or calling these workshops to the attention of your first classes. To be clear, members are not being invited to cancel classes to participate (as this could be seen as an unauthorized job action by management).
