CUASA continues its support of CUPE 2424 in the second week of the strike

CUASA reiterates its support of CUPE 2424’s fight for pension equity, and commits to the following during the week of march 12-16:

– Continued presence at pickets as individual schedules permit.

– A scheduled solidarity picket for Friday March 16 from 11:30am – 1:00pm.

– Contribution of another $1,000 to the CUPE 2424 strike fund, as voted by CUASA Council.

– Delivery of “CUASA pizzas” to our 2424 colleagues on the lines.
