Observer seat during bargaining

An observer seat will be made available at each meeting between the Union and Employer for CUASA members wishing to observe the negotiation process. This is an opportunity to sit in and observe your team at work! The seat was created in the spirit of transparency and openness in bargaining, and for the purpose of internal education and capacity-building among rank-and-file members.
