CU Flu and COVID Clinics

Carleton Health Services will be running Flu and Covid clinics in CTTC 4400 ( 4th floor) on the following dates:

• Nov. 13 10-12pm
• Nov. 15 12:30-4pm
• Nov. 17 1-4pm
• Nov. 20 10-12pm
• Nov. 22 12:30 -4pm

Appointments are available online for patients to book through e booking: https://carletonu.inputhealth.com/

Please choose the presenting issue of “Covid Vaccine,” “ Flu Vaccine” or “Covid and Flu Vaccine”.

You are eligible for the Covid Vaccine if it has been 6 months since your last Covid vaccine or Covid infection.

You must complete your consent forms sent to you via the booking link at time of booking.
