CUASA Statement on Individual Grievances
CUASA will not be providing details about any individual grievances outside of the appropriate labour relations forums. We can confirm that CUASA is already working with Carleton University to find an appropriate solution to the concerns about Carleton University’s medical benefit plan. CUASA firmly believes in its members’ rights to express themselves freely and to express their solidarity with other members on issues related to their workplaces, even if that means disclosing their own personal details about a grievance or their concerns about their workplace.
